VIA....
VIA has great driver support and they have a rock solid platform and the chipset layout is good even though its mostly the Mobo manufactures great OCing abillity I would recommend VIA for future systems jus cause Nforce chipsets are jusa hype i know i bought one and not worth the money

nForce is the bst chipset for AMD, and intel makes probably the best chipset for their own CPU's

MSI actually has great drivers. It seem like you two just tend to disagree with each other even if you know in your heart the other is right...
Asus is good too.
nForce2 is one of the greatest chipsets that ever existed. VIA has some great chipsets too but them had severe problems from time to time. Currently, the best chipset for an AMD platform would be AMD' own chipsets if they were available to the normal pc users and not only server side application. However nForce2 is by far the best for consumers and overclockers.

What nForce2 motherboard are you using to make this judgement?
If you aren't referring to a motherboard you own, then your claim is invalid. VIA HAD[/u] problems. They are okay now. The original nForce offered no real goodness but nForce2 is far better.

It seem like you two just tend to disagree with each other even if you know in your heart the other is right... quote] compared to Gigabyte or ASUS MSI has bad drivers, specially for somethin like their TV tuners, but o well, in most cases you have to judge for yourself which is better ASUS is nice, they always have great software bundles

One or two bad experiences does not make a company terrible as a whole. It things were that way, then there wouldn't be technology...Everyone has had some sort of problems. I still strongly disagree with your statement here. I have always used MSI products and have never seen any driver issues. You may be experiencing these issues by your own mishappenings but ihave not seen this driver problem anywhere.

I really think you are trying to discourage others from purchasing MSI products because you do not like them yourself. It appears to me that that is the only reason why.

MSI is a great line of boards, i've had a few MSI boards and have built a few PCs with MSI but their live update is great saves you from searching around for stuff like BIOS updates drivers for nics vidcards other utillities ECT but for the RMA i dunno i bought it when the K7n2g came out i dunno if they'll gimme an RMA there's nothing wrong with the board i jus think its a bad board for performance

They will RMA it for you...RMA occurs when ever the consumer feels dissatisfied. Who did you buy it from?
