im talking about my current board the KT3 the multipliers 14, 15 translate to 8, 8.5 highest the board i can manually choose is 12.5 but for my 2600 default multiplier is 16x so i dunno

Flash the board to the newest BIOS...
Remember that in AMD systems, the FSB is not the advertised 266 or 333. It is actually 133 or 166 but htese are double pumped to get the 266 and the 333 so some software chooses to tell you the duouble umped FSB and cut the multiplier into half of what it actually is while other leave the multiplier adn cut the FSB into two...

AMD, now lets see, do you assume everyone is not up to your level of "smartness" i know what DDR means i know alot about the FSB multipliers, pci dividers, ect. im jus saying some of the BIOS errors that the writers made when programming the BIOS for this board, not daying i know nothing its jus confusing

Why do you think that every comment is made against you ? Have you not thought that it could possibly be out there for eveyone else. I ma sure of at least 3 people on thie forum who did not know this. I won;t nam ehtem however but you've got to relaize that the world does not revolve becuase you live.

I really think you are trying to discourage others from purchasing MSI products because you do not like them yourself. It appears to me that that is the only reason why. Yup i am, I discourage purchasing Creative products as well, but I'm not *stopping* anyone though ;D
