I've been pondering upon the sudden popularity of Mozilla. If Firefox becomes more popular than IE, wouldn't hackers find ways to make Firefox specific viruses and we'll be in the same spot we're in now with the demand for a newer more secure browser?

While this is possible I highly doubt that it'll happen. Firefox will get popular but because Firefox can remain one step ahead of the troublemakers, I think we'll be fine. Beside most people attack MS software because they dont like MS for one reason or another. Just my two cents...
