In the old days you could do that with simms. (sometimes it would work) Wonder if anyone has ever tried it with dimms. ? Be an interesting project. You would need an old burnt board for parts (dimm sockets) and a couple pieces of RAM that could be sacrificed to use for the male in. A day or two of tricky soldering! hmmmm...probably wouldnt work though ;D I would suspect that the distance between the RAM and the Mobo would be a factor...even if it worked, that distance may cause errors. ?? ;D Anyway, I'm just making all this up... AMD is right..time for a new board!! ;D
